Food justice for all!  For Valerie Martinez, a single parent in the inner city, finding affordable organic and healthy food for her children to eat is not a "throwaway" issue -- it's a primary issue. For farmer and rural dweller Gina Sapp, it is heartbreaking to see farm fields filled with corn and soy while organic foods are trucked into her local grocery store, not from local producers, but from California.
