Join us for an evening to celebrate local and sustainable organic food, with keynote speaker Will Allen of Growing Power, Inc. at the Campus Club at the University of Minnesota. This fundraiser helps support the work of the Women's Environmental Institute, which is a Regional Outreach Training Center for Growing Power, Inc. Following Will's keynote, we will share a Dinner-to-Remember made from ingredients sourced from local farms, including the WEI farm.
