The staff and interns at the Women’s Environmental Institute would like to invite you to join them for a day of celebration, play and information sharing. Join us for a celebration of Spring!
Activities include:
· Trillium 5k Walk/Run (starts at 9am)
· Healthy organic breakfast, lunch catered by our favorite City Center Market Chef Steven Jones
· Meet our 2008 Scholar Under Fire, Paul Wotzka
· Meet the staff of WEI and learn about the important and vital environmental and agriculture / food justice work we are currently doing.
· Meet the farm interns who will be growing, harvesting and delivering your vegetables this year
· Tour our greenhouse, the apple orchard and the farm field

· Check out the bees...and the dozen chickens
· Participate in our annual scarf dance
· Activities for kids to do, learn and enjoy
(seed planting, wagon rides, birdhouse making, hat making and more…)
