ECO-RETREAT CENTER, First Quarter 2008 Update
We welcome Laurie Allman, our first long term writer-in-residence at WEi. To accomodate having a writer with us, we have converted the Jenny Room into a writer's haven with a day bed, a space which can also be rented out on the weekends by other writers or artists needing a quiet little room with a writerly table and chair and a view of the hollow tree racoon home out in the woods.
We encourage teachers, therapists, healers, and creative facilitators to consider using WEI as a weekend site for your small group gatherings. Please contact us about contractor use of the facility and rental rates.
As always, we encourage WEI members to take an eco-holiday at WEI. Weekend overnight accommodations include an organically certified breakfast. Our goal in the second quarter of 2008 breakfasts is to create a little more of a gourmet splash for your tummy. We especially welcome and embrace tired and worn out activists, who need time, peace, and quiet to sleep and re/create.
